Our projects

Featured project: multinational lab partnership

For more than a decade, we have worked with a prestigious international laboratory services company to successfully deliver project-based work focusing on NATA compliance, non-accredited professional development, and recruitment support from our training centre groups.

In liaison with human resources and departmental managers, we have worked as a strategic partner to support quality, operational processes, and compliance, while successfully leveraging multiple government funding streams to support over 500 trainees, delivering on-site (metro, regional, and remote) across five states and territories.

We have had the privilege to work with some students all the way from certificate III level - as they entered the industry - through to the advanced diploma, as they progressed through the business to management level.

Featured project: asphalt SPECIALISATION

After being approached by the Australian flexible Pavement Association (AfPA), the country’s peak body representing the flexible pavement industry, we created a customised laboratory training product for the asphalt sector.

Leading the consultative process and combining multiple case studies, we were able to incorporate asphalt specific examples and tests into the program, which is now endorsed by industry and being rolled out Australia-wide to AfPA members.

Featured project: vietnamese biotech

In conjunction with a public education provider in Victoria, LTT was contracted to develop and co-deliver a contextualised laboratory program for the Vietnamese Government, with a specialisation in biotechnology (micropropagation).

Using a sustainable learning model to ensure Vietnamese workers could continue to share their training, graduates of the program are equipped with the skills to enter Vietnam’s rapidly expanding agri-food industry.
